Lake James Forest, located on the scenic shores of Lake James in Marion, North Carolina, offers long-term guests wooded sites with both 30-amp and 50-amp service available. We are proud to be the only 55+ RV community on Lake James.​​​​​
Our Rates
​​​​​​Our long-term sites are available for just $495 per month, with a minimum commitment of three months and a $495 security deposit. Electricity service is not included but can be set up directly through Rutherford Electric. Please note that all prospective residents must submit an application and receive approval prior to moving into the community.
